When will my order ship?
Every Landwell order is produced fresh in our cGMP-certified facility in the United States. We don't ship from pre-made inventory sitting in a warehouse, because we believe you deserve a product that was made for you, not one that's been sitting on a shelf.
Because of that, there's a short production window before your order ships. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of being placed, and you'll receive a tracking email the moment it does.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a separate tracking email once it ships. If you've received the confirmation email but not the tracking email, it means your order hasn't shipped yet. Check your spam and promotions folders as well.
If you haven't received either email, don't worry. Just email us at support@stasisscience.com and we'll sort it out within 12-24 hours.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders generally arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location.
You'll have a tracking link the whole way so you always know where your order is.

What should I do if my order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived?
Don't panic. This is a carrier issue, not a problem with your order. Try these first:
1. Check around your property. Carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots, like side doors, porches, behind bushes, or tucked in a corner.
2. Check your mailbox. Depending on the size of the package, it may have been placed there instead of at your door.
3. Ask your neighbours. Packages get dropped at the wrong address more often than carriers would like to admit.
4. Give it up to 24 hours. Some drivers mark deliveries as complete before they've actually finished their route to meet their daily quotas. Your package may still be on its way.
If none of that works, email us at support@stasisscience.com with your order number. We won't rest until your order is in your hands, and we will do everything in our power to make sure it gets to you.
How will my order appear on my bank statement?
Your order will appear as STASISSCIENCE on your bank or credit card statement.
If you see a charge you'd like to confirm was us, email us at support@stasisscience.com and we'll verify your order details right away.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
If you are not happy with your experience, we will make it right.
You have 90 days from the date of your order to reach out. Email us at support@stasisscience.com, tell us what happened, and we will take care of you. No hoops to jump through.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Log into your account on our website and you can cancel, pause, skip a shipment, change your shipping frequency, update your address, or update your payment method. All self-service, no need to contact anyone.
